Frida Skybäck is a popular Swedish author who has written several bestelling novels in various genres and is published in thirteen languages. She debuted in 2011 with the historical novel Charlotte Hassel about a young woman in 18th century Sweden fighting for her independence. In 2018 her first contemporary novel The Bookshop on Riverside Drive made it to no 1 in Sweden and sold over 125 000 copies. With her new crime series about investigators Fredrika Storm and Henry Calment she took yet another step in her authorship, once again making it to no 1.
